INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Print the Nebula pattern onto the paper of your choice.

Read the pattern key included in the General Instructions.

 

Step 2

Cut out the 14 parts by cutting on the black lines, eight 3-armed swirls and six 4-armed swirls.  Fold the green lines at the glue flaps as valley folds.

STEP 3

Attach a 3-armed swirl to each of the four arms of a 4-armed swirl, using the glue flaps on the end of each arm.

Step 4

Attach four 4-armed swirls, each to two of the 3-armed swirls added in Step 3.  The project will now be bowl shaped.

Step 5

Attach four 3-armed swirls, each to two of the 4-armed swirls added in Step 4.

Step 6

Complete the Nebula by adding the final 4-armed swirl into the gap using the glue flaps on the ends of its arms.
